Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. If your parcel is delayed, missing or incorrectly delivered, please contact us so we can investigate.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

BLANCCSS does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges as a general store policy. However, this does not override statutory cooling-off rights or other consumer remedies that apply to your purchase.
